Attention: Coaches & Team Parents!

All Managers, Coaches and Team Parents are required to complete TWO mandatory steps:
1) Register online for their volunteer position online. CLICK HERE!
2) Turn in a Volunteer Application [SEE BELOW]
If you are a first time volunteer complete the FIRST TIME VOLUNTEER FORM [Download] and turn it in to the league with a copy of your Drivers License. (All new volunteers are subject to a background check.)
If you are a returning volunteer complete the RETURNING VOLUNTEER FORM [Download] and turn it in to the league. A Drivers License is not required for returning volunteers (since we already did your background check).
These documents should have been turned in during our registration sessions. If you didn't, you should complete both steps immediately and give them to a league official or simply mail them to Sierra Madre Little League, P.O. Box 944, Sierra Madre, CA 91024. You can also scan and email your completed forms to our Safety Officer Jon O'Brien at email@example.com
Volunteers who have not completed these steps are not authorized to fill any of these essential roles, so if you haven't done so already, please complete these important requirements ASAP!
